What Gantry is
- A toll-statement audit: your statement checked line by line against published fares, with flagged items explained in plain words.
- Standard (A$19 one-off, AUD GST incl.): the full audit report plus a toll relief rebate eligibility check.
- Plus (A$39 one-off, AUD GST incl.): everything in Standard, plus dispute letter templates referencing your provider's published contract terms and the escalation path.
- Plus is offered after your audit only if we find something worth disputing: never as an upsell at checkout.
What it is not
- Not a law firm, accountant, or toll provider. Not affiliated with Linkt or any toll operator.
- General information only: not legal or financial advice, and not a recommendation to dispute any charge.
- We don't promise to find you money. Some statements are clean, and the audit says so.
Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
No change-of-mind refunds. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Request a refund by replying to your order email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this information.
Your statement
Your statement file is used only to run your audit, then deleted after your report is delivered. Never stored, shared, or sold. See the privacy policy.
